This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant on the pleadings. The action seeks to partition the interest of the plaintiff and defendant in an aircraft and its accessories and to have an accounting between the parties to determine the amount each should pay the Ong Aircraft Corporation for storage, repairs and fuel furnished for said aircraft;
