This was a suit in partition. The original suit was filed March 16, 1949. There was no question made about the insanity of G. W. Mosely at the time of the trial and there was no doubt expressed concerning the regularity of the appointment of Robert S. Cobb, as his guardian and curator. Neither is there any controversy about the defendant Missouri Home Savings and Loan Association having had a lien upon the premises described.
