This suit in equity was instituted by the plaintiff for the cancellation of a deed by which he had conveyed to defendants approximately 16 acres of land in Berrien county. The bill of complaint alleged that the sole consideration for the conveyance was an agreement between the parties that defendants would care for the plaintiff during the remainder of his life and pay his doctor bills and the expenses of his burial, and that defendants breached the agreement...
