In 1949 the Lowes brought suit against the Krafts alleging that in 1946 (less than three years prior to bringing suit) they discovered for the first time that the sewerage system of the house was not connected with the public sewer but instead to a septic tank on the premises, and that they had been compelled to expend nearly...
