This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion for a new trial in an action for unlawful detainer. The proceeding was commenced in the justice of the peace court, Oklahoma district, in Oklahoma county, by Delene Sharum, defendant in error herein, against W.C. Durham and Mrs. W.C. Durham. The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants as in the trial court.
