Improvement Company et al., seeking a temporary injunction prohibiting further work on a mechanical contrivance on a stairway, and in mandatory form directing the removal of said contrivance and any and all obstructions upon said stairway, and for restoration of the stairway to its former condition, for permanent injunction, for judgment fixing and confirming an easement...
