This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, Nora King, in being struck by a screen door which was so constructed as to permit it to swing outward over the sidewalk upon which she was walking in the city of Sturgeon.

The screen door was attached to the front entrance of a building which was owned by Ellis F. Rucker and Edna P. Robinson, and was occupied by a grocery store operated by one W. R. Robinson...
