FELLOWS, Justice.

This is an action of tort for deceit brought in the Superior Court for Sagadahoc County and heard by a Justice without the intervention of a jury. The Justice found for the plaintiff and assessed damages in the sum of $200.00. The case comes to the Law Court on Defendant's exceptions.
