MERRILL, Justice.

On exceptions to the dismissal of a writ of error. The plaintiff in error was convicted of an escape from the Cumberland County Jail and sentenced to imprisonment in the State Prison for a term of not less than three and one-half years, nor more than seven years. He was sentenced on the tenth day of May, A.D. 1949 and the warrant of commitment issued the same day, since which time the plaintiff has been and now is held in the State Prison in execution...
