By a resolution adopted at its July 1946 term, the Decatur County Quarterly Court directed the issuance of $50,000.00 of those school bonds contemplated by Chapter 60 of the Act of 1911, code commencing at § 2557, for the purpose of building a school at Parsons. At the time of the passage of this resolution the amount of bonds which could be issued under this statute was limited to 3% of the value...
