The referee, after hearing objections, allowed a general claim of $1200 against the estate of Gotham Silver, Co., Inc., the debtor, in favor of Paul Mayer, a creditor. The referee also granted the creditor's motion for an order authorizing the filing of an amended proof of claim to conform the pleadings to the proof.
