Falvey Granite Company, hereinafter called Falvey, by written contract agreed to furnish Bovello a cemetery memorial and erect it on his wife's grave for a price of $2,000. The headstone was to be of "special" design. Bovello in negotiating with Falvey exhibited a small print of a picture of St. Theresa.
