This case is an action in damages against the respondents for malpractice. Respondents are four physicians and surgeons. At the time involved, respondents, Staley and McCaffery, were co-partners, employing respondents, Halliday and Lee. The cause was tried to the court sitting without a jury and resulted in judgment for respondents. From such judgment, appellant has appealed to this court.
