This action was begun in the Common Pleas Court to recover damages for alleged personal injuries received by plaintiff while in the employ of the defendant in interstate commerce as a switchman and yard conductor. It is alleged that the injuries were proximately caused by the failure of defendant to exercise ordinary care to furnish plaintiff with instrumentalities which were reasonably safe and a reasonably safe place to work.
