This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment for defendants in a suit for damages to plaintiff's automobile in a collision with defendant's street car. The collision occurred at the intersection of Carrollton Avenue and Fayette Street about two o'clock in the morning the day after Christmas, 1947, during a light snow.
