Ricketts, purporting to convey a one-fourth interest in the Rickworth Building at Winter Haven, to Albert Haworth was a deed or a mortgage. The Chancellor below, according to the record, personally heard the evidence adduced by the respective parties and thereafter decreed that the instrument in question was a mortgage and not a deed.
