Plaintiff Fred N. Gay, an employee of the S.S. Kresge Company, is the assignee of heirs of a shareholder of the First State Realty Company, a Michigan corporation, which was dissolved in 1920. As such he is the owner of an undivided one-sixth interest in any assets the realty company may still possess.
