In this case the court below erred in refusing to grant an issue d.v.n.

Decedent, Rose D. Lewis, died at the age of 76 on July 1, 1948. She left surviving, as her only heirs at law, five grandchildren who are the children of her son, Dr. Percival Lewis; the latter predeceased decedent. Her estate consisted of a large building at 1103 Jackson Street, Scranton, worth...
