In this trespass to try title action Ethel Mary Reed alleged that she was the owner of an undivided one-half interest in all of the oil, gas and other minerals in and under a 165-acre tract and a 5.75-acre tract both out of the M. A. Romero Headright Survey in Panola County. She also alleged that she owned and was entitled to the one-eighth of such minerals being produced from the land under an oil and gas lease held by Skelly Oil Company. She prayed...
