BURNETT, Justice.

The bill in this cause was filed by the administrator of a deceased partner against the administrator of a partner, who survived but later died, for an accounting of the partnership. The defendant demurred to the bill. The Chancellor sustained two of the four grounds of the demurrer and dismissed the bill. We are convinced that the bill was properly dismissed at least on one of these grounds, and since this ground will be determinative of the lawsuit...
