This is a bill in equity for the declaration and enforcement of an alleged exclusive easement of a right of way for ingress and egress to plaintiff's property over a 10-by-30 foot section of a 12 1/2 foot wide driveway located on an adjacent property now owned by defendants, Ciccantelli, and in which all defendants also claim to have a like right of way common with plaintiff....
