In this divorce suit the trial court has dismissed the husband's petition and granted the wife a divorce upon her cross bill and awarded her $30,000.00 alimony in gross, and additional attorneys' fees. In their petition and cross bill both parties, as grounds for divorce, rely solely upon "such indignities to the other as shall render his or her condition intolerable". Mo.R.S.A. § 1514.
