1. The third special ground of the motion for a new trial is in the following language: "Because the court directed a verdict against movants at the conclusion of the introduction of evidence. That the case should have been submitted to the jury and the refusal to do so was hurtful to movants because there was not sufficient evidence to authorize a verdict against movants and said verdict was contrary to the evidence and the law governing the case."
