This is an action in fraud arising out of a written real estate sales contract. At the close of plaintiffs' case, the trial court directed a verdict for the defendant, C. L. Criger From the judgment entered, plaintiffs appealed. Plaintiffs ask judgment against Criger for $7,500 actual damages and $7,500 punitive damages.
