Paul E. Walton died intestate in the state of New Mexico leaving assets in both New Mexico and Colorado. At the time of death, decedent's domicile was in the state of New Mexico. Letters of administration were issued to defendant in error Colclazier in New Mexico, and to plaintiff in error Hilliard in Colorado in ancillary proceedings.
