A decree of the circuit court of Jersey County construed the last will and testament of Joseph E. Gowling, deceased, and ordered partition of 580 acres of land among Sarah E. Gowling, widow of Joseph Gowling, and ten nephews and nieces, seven grandnephews and grandnieces, and three great grandnephews and grandnieces.
