This is an action originally brought for a Declaratory Judgment adjudging certain patents owned by the defendant invalid and not infringed by the plaintiff. The Complaint charges unfair competition and asks for an injunction and damages, but the charge has been dismissed. The defendant herein joins issue by alleging the patent valid and counterclaiming alleges infringement by plaintiff of certain claims...
