H. F. Stone, as executor of the will of M. P. Stone, deceased, brought suit against Pruda Mae Fuller, seeking the cancellation of a deed, executed by M. P. Stone in his lifetime to Pruda Mae Fuller, on the ground of great inadequacy of consideration joined with great disparity of mental capacity. A trial was had before a jury, which found in favor of the cancellation, and a judgment was entered in accordance with that verdict. A motion for new trial...
