During the course of washing windows in the office building of Chickasaw Building Company in April 1949, Roy H. Brademeyer fell to the street and was killed. His widow, Mrs. Ethel B. Brademeyer, brought this suit to recover workmen's compensation for the benefit of herself and the dependent children of the deceased.
