In 1926 J. P. O'Connor executed an instrument in favor of the Fairbanks Exploration Company giving the company a right of way for an electric power line, which right of way was 75 feet on each side of the center line of the power line. The instrument was recorded on the day of execution, to-wit: October 11, 1926. It gave the company a right to use ground 15 feet below the surface and upward therefrom for underground or overhead transmission...
