This is a suit in equity to obtain a decree declaring the title of defendants to 175 acres of farm land in Clay County, Missouri, to be held in trust for the use and benefit of plaintiffs, and for an accounting by certain of the defendants of farm rentals alleged to have been collected by their father F. R. Beery, as agent for plaintiffs. The chancellor found the issues in favor of defendants and plaintiffs appealed.
