The above-entitled matter came before me to be heard on the petition of the above-named petitioner, asking for a Writ of Certiorari and Supersedeas, and praying that the action of the South Carolina State Board of Education revoking her certificate to teach in the public schools of South Carolina be reversed, and that she be restored to her former status and permitted to continue to teach in the public...
