This is an appeal from judgments on verdicts of not guilty under six indictments, against appellee and other defendants, for violations of the gambling laws. The case against appellee was tried separately from the case against the other defendants. Before pleading appellee moved, in each of the six cases, "to dismiss the indictment" on the grounds that his arrest "and the subsequent search of his person and seizure...
