The plaintiffs bring this action upon a promissory note and for the foreclosure of a conditional sales contract which they claim as security for the note. The defendants in their joint answer admit the note and the execution of the conditional sales contract but claim payment. The case was tried to the court. The District Court found for the plaintiffs for the sum of $1904.20 as due upon the promissory note but found the conditional sales contract...
