This is an application by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and the members thereof to this court, requesting the court to assume original jurisdiction, and to issue a writ of prohibition directed to the district court of Lincoln county, prohibiting it from proceeding further in an action pending to enjoin petitioners from proceeding with the issuance and sale of bonds for the purpose of constructing a highway or turnpike between the cities of Oklahoma...
