ALTER, Justice.

Theodore Joseph Crocker, by his mother and next friend, Helen L. Crocker, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging that Theodore, a minor, was unlawfully imprisoned, detained and confined by Morris R. Crocker. The writ was issued and served, and trial had to the court, resulting in the writ being made permanent, and custody was awarded the mother.

In the petition it is alleged that Theodore Joseph Crocker is seven years of age...
