In July of 1949, the Governor of the State of Colorado granted the request of the Governor of the State of Massachusetts for extradition of plaintiff in error. Immediate application for a writ of habeas corpus was made to the district court of the City and County of Denver, the writ issued and hearing was had on the return thereto.
