Lee Roy Crawford Produce Company, respondent, sued Guy A. Thompson as trustee of The St. Louis, Brownsville & Mexico Ry. Co., petitioner, for damages to a carload of tomatoes, which it had shipped from San Benito, Texas, to Kansas City, and there diverted to Chicago, and thence again diverted to Pittsburgh.
