NORTH, J.

In this divorce case, after hearing on the merits, plaintiff wife was decreed a divorce from the bonds of matrimony and an adjustment of property rights. Defendant has appealed. In substance defendant's contention is that the testimony was not "sufficient to form the basis for the equitable relief" granted plaintiff, either as to the divorce or the property adjustment decreed.
