Jack Edwards MacGriff, Floyd McGriff and Joe V. Wade each began a separate but similar suit against the defendants. Similar facts are alleged in the declaration filed in each case. After motions duly made, an order of dismissal as to defendants James N. McNally, Edwin Scott and William Long was entered in each case. We designate them herein as appellees.
