The defendant insurance company, appellant here, issued its policy of collision insurance dated June 16, 1947, covering respondent's Buick passenger car whereby it insured respondent against loss from collision or upset to the extent of the actual cash value of the car. Respondent paid the annual premium of $81.00. On the following November 22d there was a collision between the automobile and a truck of Southern Cotton Oil...
