The question to be determined is whether the plaintiff, a salesman who worked for a Connecticut corporation in New York, is entitled to unemployment benefits. The answer depends on whether he can be counted as an employee of Newmarket, Inc., under the provisions of the Unemployment Compensation Act so as to make the four employees which are requisite under the act.
