Gregory Kurgan, a minor, by Antonina Wijas, his next friend, filed a complaint in chancery for the reformation of an insurance policy issued by defendant, the Prudential Insurance Company of America, on the life of his mother, Estelle Kurgan, who died February 14, 1945, and to recover the face amount of the policy of $4,188. The insured's husband, who was plaintiff's father, was designated beneficiary...
