Norton, Jr., and Central Investment Company of Texas, against Kleberg County, Texas, alleging that they were the holders of a total of $12,000.00 matured "Kleberg County Courthouse and Jail Refunding 5% Bonds," dated October 10, 1925, and $7,300.00 of matured interest coupons pertaining to said matured bonds and unmatured bonds of the same series.
