The appellant filed her bill against appellee in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit on September 7, 1946. She expressly stated that she "brings this her suit for alimony unconnected with causes of divorce under the provisions of Section 65.10 of the Florida Statutes 1941, F.S.A." She alleged "the defendant since 1939 has been living apart from the plaintiff and the minor children through his own fault * * * that no arrangements...
