Josef Schneider filed a bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Caroline County against John O. Davis for specific performance of a contract to sell for $5,000 a farm in Caroline County, containing about 135 acres in all, of which some 80 acres were tillable. The contract was dated May 21, 1946, and signed by both parties, but not by Jennie Davis the wife of John O. Davis, who since 1930 has been hopelessly insane...
