This is an appeal by the State Roads Commission of Maryland, appellant, from a judgment in the Circuit Court for Howard County in a condemnation suit instituted by it against Frederick A. Kaiser and Mary D. Kaiser, his wife, appellees, for land necessary for road purposes.
