The petitioners, owners of fishing vessels, allege that they are not subject to the employment security law (G.L. [Ter. Ed.] c. 151A, inserted by St. 1941, c. 685, § 1, as amended) as employers of the fishermen on their boats "on the ground that there is no employer-employee relationship."
