This action was brought by appellee, Jesse J. Sevier, for a settlement of partnership accounts between himself and appellant, Robert T. Griffin. He alleged that the partnership had been dissolved and that appellant had the partnership assets in his possession and refused to make a final settlement with respect thereto. He sought the appointment of an auditor to state the account between the parties and to make a report thereof to the court...
