The defendant was charged, tried, convicted and sentenced on March 30, 1948, to pay a fine of $250 and costs and to serve a term of 30 days in the county jail for being in unlawful possession of 7 pints of whisky and 2 1/5 gallons of gin, contrary to the prohibitory laws of the State of Oklahoma.
